Border Collies are the Smartest
In a 2009 study, the American Psychological Association named the Border Collie as being the smartest dog on the planet. A border collie in on par with a two-year old toddler and if you’ve got one of those running around, you can appreciate the comparison.
The study states that the average dog can learn 165 words, with the smartest dogs being able to learn 250 words.
Despite the study, you’ll never convince Skidboot that border collies are the smartest.
