Ever stuffed yourself with three or four hotdogs at a baseball game? If so, you might be able to appreciate the record-setting feat by Joey “Jaws” Chestnut.
At Nathan’s Famous Forth of July Hot Dog Eating Contest in Coney Island, the Vallejo, California native consumed 69 hot dogs and buns, breaking the record he set last year at 68 and claiming his seventh consecutive championship. Total time? 10 minutes.

Representing the female division, Sonya “The Black Widow” Thomas claimed her fourth consecutive championship, devouring 36 3/4 dogs.
