How To Do A Flying Push-Up

Ahmed Kerigo and the street team

Today we feature Ahmed “Iron Monkey” Kerigo, current world-record holder for the highest flying push-up – 4.5 feet high to be exact.

Kerigo founded a calisthenics/street workout freestyle team named Team Physix-Zero Gravity, with a simple goal of making a difference and impacting life in a positive way.

Check out Kerigo as he performs his record holding feat and illustrates how to perform a flying push-up – but don’t try this at home. You’ll likely fall flat on your face and possibly even tear a few tendons. If you decide to try it anyway, please send us the video.

Stop by Ahmed Kerigo’s Facebook page and support his cause.
