How To Celebrate Footloose

Kevin Bacon dancing on The Tonight Show

It’s been 30 years since Kevin Bacon graced the big screen as Ren McCormack – a small town kid who found out that dancing was illegal in his new place of residence.

In 1984, it was the fight against the intolerant Reverend Shaw Moore (played by John Lithgow) and this week, Bacon had to dance his way into “The Tonight Show” – after Jimmy Fallon announced the “no dance” rule also affected his late night show.

The dance scene was phenomenal – one of the very best segments on the all new Tonight Show. Bacon proved that 30 years later – he’s still got the moves.

And seriously.. who doesn’t like Bacon?
