In experimenting with satiety scores, researchers found that potatoes ranked absolute highest, whole grain-breads filled up 50% better than white breads, cakes and cookies were the least filling and popcorn is twice as filling as a candy bar or peanuts.
I’ll disagree with that last one as my movie experience proves that I could consume two extra-large tubs, but hey.. let’s focus on the positive.
